Since a child, Ms Phyllis has trained in classical ballet at Singapore Ballet Academy. Her continued passion for performing arts expanded her training background in Rhythmic gymnastics and Chinese Dance in school.
Ms Phyllis' dance studies brought her overseas in pursuing her Bachelors and performing opportunities in the United Kingdom and the USA. Graduated with a First Class Hours in Choreography & Dance, she has worked and performed with Retina Dance Company, Cod Ensemble, Lila Dance Company, and Jasmin Vardimon Company.

Since graduation, Ms Phyllis was involved in choreographic platforms and artists training with Dance Nucleus and Maya Dance Theatre. She has worked and performed with local and guest artists and taught dance CCA in schools. She has years of teaching experience to children from 3 years old onwards and adults and enjoys coaching and training students in technique and performance training.
A patient, loving, committed and hardworking, Ms Phyllis believes that dance can nurture children into creative and independent learners. She hopes to instill passion into her students, educate and inspire the next generation of young dancers in Singapore. Ms Phyllis believes that through teaching and encouragement, her students can be their best version of themselves through dance.
